Charboy's Holiday Recipe!

Hot & Sweet Asian Turkey Legs (Serving 2- 4)


Whole green beans, whole cranberry, orange slices, and Charboy’s Spicy Asian/Bourbon Slaw

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour


Ingredients for Turkey Legs:

½ cup Charboy’s Hot & Sweet Asian Sauce

2 medium turkey legs


Ingredients for Charboy’s Asian Slaw:

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 cup shredded green cabbage

½ cup shredded carrots

1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced or diced)

½ cup chopped cilantro

¼ cup thinly slice green onion

½ cup Charboy’s Bourbon Teriyaki Sauce

3 Tablespoons Charboy’s Hot & Sweet Asian Sauce


For Holiday Meal: Add 12 ounces of whole green beans, 6 ounces of whole cranberry sauce, sliced oranges, and parsley for garnishing.


How to Make It – 3 Easy Steps:

Step 1: Marinade turkey legs with ½ cup of Charboy’s Hot & Sweet Asian sauce for 1 hour prior to placing in oven. Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle salad ingredients with Charboy’s Bourbon-Teriyaki and Hot & Sweet Asian sauces, toss until combined. Set aside.


Step 2: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place marinade turkey legs, skin side up in a covered aluminum foil pan. Roast for 1 hour until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove turkey legs from oven and let them rest in foil for 10 minutes. Drizzle 1/3 cup of Charboy’s Hot & Sweet Asian sauce over turkey thighs (optional). Plate turkey legs for serving.
